We've now got two options. If you don't have any crucial data on the
server, we can re-image it. This will bring it back up in about 60 minutes.
If you do have crucial data on this server, we can set you up with a
second server and get the hard disk out of the first. We'd then put this
disc in the new server (as the second disk) so that you could recover
data from the disk.
If you're happy to re-image, you can do this from your Tagadab control
panel. If you'd like to go for the second option, please let me know and
I'll get things moving.

| OK guys looks like we have two options, we go for the short-term option of re-imaging the server, but that can only work if Jai has a complete backup of ALL the files on the server's Hard Disk (I HOPE SO) Or we can look at replacing the server and swapping the Hard Disk Across. This (guess) could take up to 12 hours. we have to look at whatwe want as players in the both the short, and long term. Maybe we should just say, "It was good while it lasted" and end PvP, but I SINCERELY hope we don't have to. |

| I hate the complainers saying that the Server is down etc and the server is off for too long. Tbh, at least your doing something about it. Take your time  Hope everything is well  |
